How to refresh a database with a recipe

Save your collection parameters as a recipe and refresh the database in one re-run when it goes stale — no re-configuring.

What you get

A saved collection recipe that refreshes the database in a single re-run — fresh data without re-configuring every time.

When it helps

  • The database burned out or went stale — a fresh version is needed.
  • Regular refresh of the same list (same niche/city/region).
  • Recurring, same-type tasks (including for clients).

How to do it

  1. Configure the collection once — map, niche, city, the fields you need (see collecting from maps).
  2. Save it as a recipe — the parameters are remembered.
  3. Re-run the collection by recipe when you need to refresh the data — no re-configuring required.
  4. Export the updated database in the format you need.

Recipes are available on the Data plan; for a stream of recurring tasks the Business plan is convenient.

Frame

Re-collection works over the publicly visible business data of maps and websites.
