Collect a company database from maps

Collect a company list from Google, Apple, Yandex and 2GIS Maps — name, address, phone, website, category — into a table in a few minutes.

What you get

A fresh company list for the exact niche and city — with the key fields for outreach (name, phone, website, category) — collected from four maps into one table.

When it helps

  • Starting a new cold-call or cold-email campaign.
  • A new niche or a new city in the pipeline.
  • The old database burned out and a fresh one is needed.

How to do it

  1. Open the required map (Google, Apple, Yandex or 2GIS) and find the niche by city or district — just like a normal search.
  2. Start the collection of businesses from the results — CrawlRover gathers the cards into a table with name, address, phone, website, category, rating, opening hours.
  3. Collect the same niche from the other maps — so coverage is complete (some companies are only on one map).
  4. Check the result in the preview table and export to a convenient format.

The free plan gives you all four maps and a basic volume — try it on your own list; the Data plan lifts the row limit.

Frame

CrawlRover collects publicly visible business data — what you already see on the map. Company contacts are public business data; you are responsible for what you collect and how you use it, and for respecting each source’s terms and applicable law.
