How to enrich fields (email) before outreach

What you get

Your map-collected company list gets the missing fields that aren’t in the listing — first of all email, found on the company’s website — so you can write, not only call.

When it helps

• A listing has no email, but you need one for outreach.
• Before launching email outreach against a collected database.
• When you need to top up an already-collected list with contacts.

How to do it

1. Collect companies from maps (see the database-collection guide) — some of them will have a website.
2. Run enrichment — CrawlRover finds the missing fields (for example, email) on those companies’ websites and adds them to the table against the matching rows.
3. Check the result — enrichment is available on the Data plan.

Honest about quality. Contacts are found on public pages but not verified — this is not a checked database with a deliverability guarantee. Before a bulk send it’s worth a basic address check.
